GHJ International organizes on-site orientation; teaching of English as a foreign language (TEFL) training, including innovative team-teaching methods to improve English conversation education in the Japanese public school system; school placement; all lodging; and weekday meals.

Global Arena
During the week, interns live at Global Arena in Munakata City.
Global Arena offers housing in large, shared rooms with multiple bunks in each. The campus is fully equipped with stadiums for rugby, soccer, athletics, tennis, and other sports. It has a training gym, meeting rooms, and restaurants. Other guests at the facility may be involved in sports competitions, training camps, school field trips, experiential learning, corporate training and meetings, or community events.
